ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2013

22nd September, 2013 saw the Annual General Meeting of our beloved TrekshitiZ Sanstha. 41 Kshitizans showed up to the event conducted at Kanvinde Hall, Dombivli East. Even on a Sunday the meeting was started with a healthy note of heads in the seats   . With a warm welcome gesture the charge of the event was took by Rohan Deshpande sharply at 10:30 am. 

Starting with a group song depicting unity, a short introduction of the current Karyakarni Team was done. Hereafter, following persons took the lead for a synopsis on below topics as follows:

1. Trek Team: Rahul Meshram

2. Website: Amit Samant

3. Project Sudhagad: Rohan Deshande

4. Accounts: Gaurav Parab.

5. Sideshow: Chaitanya Sabnis (Introduction on the main event)

Following people followed with respective slideshow topics:

A. Unknown Rajgad/Aparichit Rajgad: Aditya Gore, Umesh Karwal and Ketan Joshi.

B. Shivaji Maharaj and Management Techniques: Pooja Joshi and Rohan Deshpande.

C. Birds of Sahyadri/Sahyadritle Pakshi: Pranoti Joshi - Khanolkar.

D. We the trekkers: Mahesh Muthe

This concluded with the main frame work of the AGM. Sipping the refreshing Kokum sarbat infused the minds with questions and suggestions which were followed in the interactive session of the members and Chairperson Speech by Amit Samant, pledging to make TrekshitiZ mark a new Horizon with new colours. All the best to him.

With a resolution to keep on the good team work the day was concluded at 01:00 pm with Pasayadaan, with Minal Joshi taking the lead.
