What are the options available for insurance for people in adventure sports.

I really feel that we should check if our insurance covers our adventure activities. It should not be a case that if god forbids and any thing happens to a trekker, the insurance company would say that this is not covered.

There are many companies in America and Europe which provide special insurance for Adventurist.
I will have to confirm the company names.

However what is the list in India and which is better !!
