At present the fort stands in complete ruins and there are no remnants left on the fort. The main objective of this fort is suspected to be as a watch tower. It was located between the Dhamapur lake and Gad river of Malvan taluka.
How to Reach
One has to reach Katta village which is 20 kms from Malvan and proceed to Churiwadi hamlet further 3 kms from where route to the fort can be accessed.
