Introduction
Keshavraj Mandir is an ancient Vishnu temple located in the forested hills of Dabkewadi near Asud village, close to Dapoli in Ratnagiri district.

History
Asud village hosts ancient temples of Vyaghreshwar and Keshavraj. The Vishnu idol here holds Padma, Shankha, Chakra, and Gada from left to right, identifying it as the Keshav form described in ancient Puranas.
Architecture
The simple stone temple features carvings of Ganapati above the sanctum entrance, with Hanuman and Garuda on either side. A continuous stream of water flows from a stone-built Gomukh in front of the temple. The setting is surrounded by dense forest and hills.
How to Reach
Reach Dapoli from Mumbai. From Dapoli–Harne road, take the Asud–Dabkewadi turn. Vehicles can reach Dabkewadi, followed by a 10-minute walk via a scenic forest path.
